Our Story.

Dr. Kamangar set out to make the highest level of care for psoriasis and eczema available to everyone.

There are a few centers of excellence throughout the US specializing in Psoriasis and Eczema and we believe everyone should receive this caliber of care. Dr. Fara Kamangar, MD, FAAD, Founder of Pso Telehealth recognized a great disconnect between the psoriasis and eczema patients and access to such centers. She has developed Pso Telehealth, the first online center of excellence, using technology to bridge this divide and bring a higher standard of care to all dermatology patients throughout the US. 
The second important piece to making Pso Telehealth a reality is Dr. Kamangar’s sister Sam. Sam Kamangar has been instrumental in creating the framework to deliver this great care. The two sisters had their first business together in the summer of 1989, teaching neighborhood kids numbers and alphabet in exchange for candy. They are delighted to join forces again to revolutionize the way we deliver dermatologic care and improve patient lives.
We started in California, and now have expanded to 24 states and are still growing.
Dr. Kamangar is a board certified dermatologist, trained at UC Davis School of Medicine. She has further completed fellowship training in Psoriasis and immunotherapies at the University of California, San Francisco.
